Review management for local businesses

Loopstrom asks every customer for a review by text and email after each job. More recent reviews tend to mean a stronger listing, and a stronger listing tends to mean more calls.

Why reviews stall

Why review growth stalls without a system

  1. 1

Jobs get done, but reviews never land

You finish the work, the customer is happy, and then nothing. Most happy customers skip leaving a review unless someone asks them at the right moment.

  2. 2

New customers check reviews before they call

Someone searching for a business like yours sees a map with three names and their star ratings. Most people call one of the businesses with the strongest recent reviews.

  3. 3

AI assistants now read those reviews too

When someone asks ChatGPT or Copilot who to hire nearby, the assistant leans on the same public reviews. Thin reviews leave it little reason to mention you.

  4. 4

Asking by hand quietly stops happening

Front-desk staff and owners mean to ask after every job, then a busy week hits. Your count sits still while a competitor down the road keeps adding reviews.

A system that asks after every single job keeps reviews coming while you run the business.

Our services

Everything your business needs to be chosen

How it works

From finished job to a steady flow of reviews

01 Connect how you track jobs

We plug into your booking calendar, job list, or invoicing flow, whatever you already use to know when a job is done.

02 We request a review after each job

The customer gets a short, friendly text and email with a direct link to leave a review, sent while the visit is still fresh.

03 Reviews land on Google, Facebook, and Bing

Good experiences turn into public reviews on the platforms people check before calling, the same reviews AI assistants appear to read.

04 You watch it grow in one report

Every month you get a plain-language summary showing requests sent, reviews earned, and how your rating compares to last month.

Chris is just fan-tas-tic. Sharp, to the point and yet super friendly and approachable. Chris is an incredibly practical and hardworking person. He never hesitates to give his full effort to our N8n project. I first sent him a simple overview document, and he didn't ask a single question—because he understood everything right away. Working with him is easy and genuinely reassuring. He takes ownership, stays solution-focused, and moves fast. I genuinely recommend him.

Karlene Hibbert via Senja

Starting out with n8n automation there is a learning curve besides all previous experiences. Here Chris was a superb help: He spotted my wrong settings, he explained me patiently what was wrong, he even recorded a quick video just to show me. Chris is not only experienced, he brings up good ideas, supports effectively & cares. Thank you, Chris! Always a pleasure.

Common questions

Questions local owners ask us

How does Loopstrom actually get customers to leave reviews?

After each job we send the customer a short text and email with a direct link to your review page. Asking soon after the visit, while the experience is fresh, is what makes people follow through. That is really the whole trick, applied consistently to every single job.

Is it against Google's rules to ask customers for reviews?

No. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews, and that is all we do. What Google prohibits is paying for reviews, writing fake ones, or asking only happy customers while filtering out the rest, and we stay clear of all three.

Do you post fake reviews or pay for reviews?

Never. Every review comes from a real customer you actually served, prompted by the request we send after their job. Fake or purchased reviews can get a Google Business Profile suspended, which would cost you far more than they could ever add.

Will more reviews get me into the Google map pack?

The map pack is the box with a map and three local businesses at the top of many Google searches. Nobody can promise a spot there, and we will not either. Review quantity, rating, and recency are among the factors that appear to matter, so steady review growth tends to help your chances.

What happens if a customer leaves a bad review?

We flag it the day it lands and draft a calm, professional reply for you to approve. A well-handled bad review shows future customers how you treat people when something goes wrong. Genuine reviews stay up, since trying to delete or dispute a real one violates most platforms' rules.

How do the review requests reach my customers?

By text message and email, sent through our system after each completed job. Text tends to get read within minutes, and the email follows as a backup. You approve the wording once and it runs from there.

Does this work for a business with more than one location?

Yes. Each location gets its own requests pointed at its own Google Business Profile, so reviews land on the right listing. The monthly report breaks results out per location.

Why do Facebook and Bing reviews matter if everyone uses Google?

Plenty of people ask for recommendations on Facebook and check a business's page before calling. Bing feeds Microsoft Copilot, which answers hiring questions for a growing number of people. Covering all three costs your customers nothing extra, since one request can point to any of them.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $95 per month and run month to month. Visit the pricing page for the full breakdown, or book a call and we will recommend a plan based on how many jobs you complete.

Do I have to change how my team works?

No. We connect to whatever you already use to track completed jobs, and the requests go out from there. Your team keeps working exactly as before, and nobody has to remember to ask for reviews again.
