Ask about the free review audit for your business

Review management, handled for you

Loopstrom requests a review by text and email after every job, watches Google, Facebook, and Bing for new ones, drafts your replies, and sends you one monthly report.

From three logins to one monthly report

Before Loopstrom

  • Asking for reviews depends on whoever remembers that week
  • A one-star review sits for days before anyone notices it
  • Checking Google, Facebook, and Bing means three separate logins, so it rarely happens
  • No record of who was asked and who actually left a review

After Loopstrom

  • Every finished job triggers a text and email request automatically
  • New reviews flagged the day they post, good or bad
  • A drafted reply waiting for your approval on every review
  • One plain-language monthly report covering all three platforms

What this service does

Requests after every single job

We connect to your booking, invoicing, or job flow, and each completed job sends the customer a short text and email with a direct review link.

Monitoring and drafted replies

New reviews across Google, Facebook, and Bing get flagged the day they land, with a reply drafted by a person for your team to approve.

One report, no dashboards to decode

Every month you get a summary in normal words: requests sent, reviews earned, your rating per platform, and how it compares to the month before.

Review management questions

What does review management include?

Four things: sending review requests after every completed job, monitoring Google, Facebook, and Bing for new reviews, drafting replies for your approval, and a monthly report. It is the full loop, from finished job to posted review to answered review.

How do you know when one of my jobs is finished?

During setup we connect to whatever you already use, whether that is a booking calendar, an invoicing tool, or a simple job sheet. A completed job there triggers the request. Nothing about how your team works day to day has to change.

Do you reply to reviews for me?

We draft the reply and you approve it before it posts under your business name. A real person reads each review and writes a response that fits it, rather than pasting the same thank-you under everything. Once you trust the drafts, approval takes seconds.

How quickly will I hear about a bad review?

The same day it posts. You get the flag together with a suggested reply, so the review is answered while the customer still cares and before many future customers have read it.

Can I see which customers were asked?

Yes. We keep a log of every request sent and whether it turned into a review, and the monthly report summarizes it. If a customer asks you to stop contacting them, we take them out of the flow immediately.

Should I ever try to remove a negative review?

Only when it clearly breaks platform rules, such as spam or a review from someone who was never a customer, and in those cases we help you report it properly. Genuine negative reviews should stay up and get a good reply. That response does more for your reputation than a removal ever would.

Does this cover more than one location?

Yes. Requests route to the right listing per location, and the report breaks numbers out for each one. Multi-location businesses tend to find this is where doing it by hand truly falls apart, since it multiplies every login and every missed ask.
