Our story
Plenty of local businesses do good work and take care of their customers, but have no system for turning that into visible reviews. The ask happens when someone remembers, review counts stall, and the people comparing businesses on a map see little proof of all those happy customers.
Loopstrom was built to fix that specific gap: a straightforward way to request a review by text and email after every completed job, keep the reviews coming across Google, Facebook, and Bing, and keep every new review answered.
We work month to month with businesses that want that system in place without signing a long-term contract or handing over their accounts.
The founder
Loopstrom is run by Chris. He spent years as the COO of a seven-figure e-commerce company in Norway, where he was the one building the automation and AI systems behind the company's daily operations.
He now runs a YouTube channel where he shares practical ways to use AI in business.
