This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.
When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form or a free resource sign-up, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, website URL, message, and which service you selected, depending on the form.
We do not use cookies or tracking scripts beyond whatever our hosting provider sets by default to keep the site running.
We use the information you submit to reply to your message, deliver whatever resource or booking you requested, and keep a record of that conversation. Contact form submissions are also stored in an internal spreadsheet as a backup in case email delivery fails.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you asked for one.
This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Any dispute arising from it will be handled by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
If you have a question about this policy or want a copy of the information we hold about you, email us and we will get back to you within one business day.
