This policy explains what information Loopstrom ("we", "us") collects through loopstrom.com and how it is used.

What we collect

When you request an AI visibility report, we collect the two things you enter in the form: your store's website address and your email address. We do not collect payment details, and we do not require an account.

How we use it

We use your store URL to prepare your report and your email address to send it to you. We may follow up by email about your report and related services. Every email includes a way to opt out, and a single reply asking us to stop is always honored.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We do not add you to third-party lists.

Who processes the data

Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and our email is hosted by Google Workspace. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Each of these providers processes data only as needed to deliver their service.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If you arrived via an advertisement, the advertising platform (such as Meta) may use its own cookies under its own policy.

Data retention and your rights

We keep report requests and reports for as long as they are useful for providing the service. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
